JonAyves Learning Club is seeking passionate and knowledgeable Personalized Learning Instructors to join our team. 

We work with children in diverse and underrepresented communities to ensure their success in education.

 

As a Personalized Learning Instructor, you will have the opportunity to connect with students on an individual level, understanding their unique learning styles and interests, and helping them enjoy the learning process.

 

This is a remote position, offering flexible 15, 20 and 30-minute sessions, and you can work from anywhere. We value connecting with students and providing them with the tools they need for their educational journey.

 

If you have a broad knowledge base, are familiar with current trends such as TikTok or gaming trends, and enjoy bonding with students, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

​

• Conduct 15, 20, or 30-minute personalized learning sessions with students.

• Connect with students on an individual level, understanding their learning styles and interests.

• Stay up-to-date with current trends, such as TikTok or gaming trends, to connect with students and make the learning experience engaging.

• Follow the "Love It, Learn It, Live It" approach to help students enjoy the learning process.

• Utilize a template to provide coaching and instructional support to students, offering tools tailored to their needs.

• Bond with students by truly learning and engaging with their interests and understanding modern-day culture.

• Relate the material being learned to students' everyday interactions and experiences.

• Collaborate with teachers to identify topics that need to be addressed during the personalized learning sessions.

• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

 

Requirements:

• Passion for personalized learning and helping students succeed.

• Knowledge of current trends, such as TikTok or gaming trends, to connect with students.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with students.

• Ability to understand and adapt to students' learning styles.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively conduct 15, 20, or 30-minute sessions.

• Familiarity with educational tools and resources.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and time zones.
